Summer Haven is a stunning and well equipped four bedroom and three bathroom holiday home on the Atlantic Reach resort near Newquay. Some five minutes from the A30, the property provides a very comfortable and ideally located touring base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Padstow, Port Isaac , Truro and The Eden Project are all within easy reach. Some five minutes from the A30, the property provides a very comfortable and ideally located touring base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Padstow, Port Isaac , Truro and The Eden Project are all within easy reach. The house is ideal for larger family groups, with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor making it particularly suitable for older family members or guests with reduced mobility. Bookings are for accommodation and don't include access to park facilities.

Interior layout Interior layout downstairs comprises of a spacious lounge with , kitchen and dining area. There is a downstairs double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed, en suite bathroom and a Juliet balcony. There is a further bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom with a Whirlpool bath. All of the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs

Exterior Outside the villa, the gardens are laid out open plan with two picnic table on the rear patio area.
